KUCHING: Sarawak Workers Party (SWP) slammed its Barisan Nasional rival Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS), accusing the later of theaterics and diverting attention from the real issues plaguing citizens in the state.
SWP president Larry Sng criticised his old colleague and current political foe James Masing, for the later’s recent call for a review of Sarawak’s position within the Malaysian Federation.
Sng also ridiculed PRS Youth for making a similar call on Monday, within which the movement supported Masing’s statement by saying Sarawak and Sabah were not the respective 12th and 13h states of Malaysia.
