Is this Sabah and Sarawak fate?

Sabah and Sarawak were promised to have a Self-Government. But what happen after 50 years forming The Federation of Malaysia?

Sabah 50th Independence Day

Sabah or formerly known as North Borneo was granted an Independence by British on 31 August 1963

Sarawak 50th Independence Day

Sarawak was granted Independence by British on 22 July 1963

Saturday 30 November 2013

Our demand is not secession but a review but if this is too much, kick us out like Singapore - DR. PATAU RUBIS

State Reform Party, Sarawak (STAR) chairman Dr Patau Rubis

Our demand is not secession but a review, under our Borneo agenda, a review for a better mode of Federalism where the three countries which remains in Malaysia to have a better working relationship making sure that the resources of the BORNEO nations are not exploited PURELY for the benefit of MALAYA.

IF, IF, IF, this demand is too much then kick us out like what was done to Singapore before.

Next effective next year, only Malaya and Sabah to celebrate 31st August as their Independence Day. Sarawak 22nd of July....Then as Malaysians, we all celebrate September 16th as our Malaysia Day.. the day Malaysia was formed with component nations as equals.

Next Sarawak and Sabah should move in their respective State Assemblies that the present Chief Minister should be called Prime Minister or President or the Prime of Malaysia be called President....only then there will be no more confusion in the minds of all Malaysians our real history.

EXCLUSIVE: The Magnificent Seven - LINA SOO

THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN

Malaysia was pre-determined by Britain and England, this was signed and sealed in the London secret agreement between McMillan and TAR, where Britain would surrender Sarawak sovereignty to Malaya. UN, or rather US were the third partner in the perfect crime.

The Cobbold Commission and UN Assessment were whitewashed to legitimize the political heist of England's last remaining colonial territories, to pull the wool over the eyes of the innocent Borneons and the international community.

Thousands and thousands of Sarawakians, 1962 - 1963 who mounted opposition to Malaysia Plan and took part in or organized protests against the Cobbold Commission and UN Assessment were detained for years without trial, and tortured. One living survivor related how he was asked to sign a document at every 2-year detention review, "I SUPPORT THE FORMATION OF MALAYSIA" and he would be released. He refused six times.

The last batch of 7 political detainees who refused to sign any confession were released unconditionally after the Sri aman accord in the 70s. This group is the block a, the hardcore, the "ngay chui", in Chinese ' hard water. They spent the best part of their life in prison to uphold their belief that Sarawak should be a free country free of colonial rule of Britain or Malaya.

WE SALUTE OUR MAGNIFICENT SEVEN.
Regrettably some of them have passed on, rip

Lina Soo is a candidate for State Reform Party (STAR) for P196 Stampin, Sarawak in GE-13 and the author of popular book "Sarawak the Real Deal"

Not even the word "umno" can enter SARAWAK!

KUCHING: Are Sarawak Barisan Nasional leaders, especially those from PBB, a more courageous lot now, particularly in their working ties with “big brother” Umno.

Take a close look at a recent incident and form your own conclusion on whether Umno is still as revered as before by PBB leaders.

The indefinite suspension of Sarawak DAP chairman Chong Chieng Jen from the Sarawak Legislative Assembly has raised several nagging questions about the mention of Umno in the august house.

Why is the mention of Umno such a taboo topic? What were the reasons behind the Speaker’s initiative to order the motion to suspend the Kota Sentosa assemblyman?
