Lina Soo is a candidate for State Reform Party (STAR) for P196 Stampin, Sarawak in GE-13 and the author of popular book "Sarawak the Real Deal"

In August 1963 Phil/Indon/Malaya signed the Manila Accord which indicated a UN-back plebiscite to decide if the ppl of Borneo Territories agreed to support Malaysia Plan in line with the self-determination fundamental principle. 

Brit/Malaya/UN (by extension US) skirted the issue by sending in the UN Assessment Mission in Sep 1963, without needing General Assembly approval, to pass off as a UN initiative to fool the world. 

What a great heist!
