Political subterfuge, deception, high-handedness, an international conspiracy between Malaya and England, and a near-perfect political crime best describe the "entry and inclusion" of British North Borneo and Sarawak into "Malaysia".
The dead giveaway as to the quiet diplomacy between the British and Malayan governments is subtly, safely, secretly and securely settled in Article 29 of the Federal Constitution (commonwealth citizenship).
Instead of delving into the who, what, when, where and why, the people of British North Borneo and Sarawak must find how to wrest themselves away from this unholy alliance that created "Malaysia".
There are forums in the United Nations, The Hague and Starsbourg, France, where the government of Britain can and should be sued to account for this intrusion into the affairs of a foreign nation during the dying days of colonialism.
